Mr. Davis is a lifelong resident of West Carroll Parish. He graduated from Oak Grove High School in 1964. He received a Bachelors in P.E and Social Studies and a Master in Administration & Supervision from ULM in Monroe.
He has taught and coached in the system for 23 years. Mr. Davis has served as principal of Oak Grove High School for over 8 years. He was then promoted to Secondary Supervisor and served in that role for over 4 years. In 2009 the board named Mr. Davis Superintendent for West Carrol Parish Schools.
The superintendent has been married for 44 years. He has 3 children and 9 grandchildren. His family attends Beulah Baptist Church in Oak Grove.
