Mr. Holley’s primary function as the Title I Director for West Carroll Parish Schools is to utilize available federal education funding sources that can be of benefit to students, parents, teachers and schools for the purposes of improved student skills and performance. Other responsibilities include observation of teachers and other personnel, development and evaluation of educational programs, and the development of inservice programs for teachers and administrators.
